The research conducted by Growjo looked at 200 cannabis companies nationwide. Growjo is a data-based research company that recognizes “companies that were truly dedicated toward growth. Companies that were poised to making moves in their respective industries. Companies that were growing through multiple growth identifiers.”

Cannabis Companies and the Metrics Used to Rank Them

The Growjo study highlighted the most successful cannabis companies and ranked them by how fast they were growing based on several key metrics:

  • All companies have between 30 and 1,000 employees
  • Employee growth and hiring announcements
  • Estimated revenue growth
  • Valuations
  • Quality and quantity of funding
  • Current job openings
  • Leadership team announcements
  • Other growth triggers

Bloom Medicinals Recent Medical Marijuana Achievements

Bloom Medicinals manages several medical cannabis businesses in multiple states and was an early licensee in Illinois, Maryland, Ohio and Arkansas.

So far, 2020 has been a very busy year for Bloom Medicinals. The company was awarded four medical marijuana dispensary licenses by Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and two medical marijuana cultivation licenses in Missouri. Bloom Medicinals was also awarded two medical marijuana-infused processing licenses in Missouri and one medical cannabis license by the Utah Department of Health (UDOH).
