One of Bloom’s favorite cannabis festivals returns to the Lake of the Ozarks. We’re talking about the Missouri Cannabis Festival and it’s happening at the Regalia Hotel & Conference Center.
MoCannaFest V is going down on Saturday, August 19 – and will feature live music on two stages. Admission is free and you don’t need a medical marijuana card to be able to attend – but you must be 18 years of age, or older.
Featuring more than 50 vendors, including Bloom, MoCannaFest will feature cannabis-inspired music, seminars, and guest speakers. The day’s events will happen in the Regalia Hotel’s huge convention hall, so you’ll be comfortable no matter how hot it gets outside.
With special music sets tailored to the cannabis friendly crowd, MoCannaFest’s music lineup will be headlined by:
Grateful Dead Experience: The Schwag
This Grateful Dead Tribute Band has been together for nearly 35 years and has performed over 4,000 concerts. They’re one of the longest running stoner bands and have played at many NORML rallies back in the early days of cannabis legalization.

Rumpke Mountain Boys
For more than two decades, the Rumpke Mountain Boys have taken the bluegrass world by storm. These talented musicians from Cincinnati have amassed devoted fans well beyond Ohio, with their signature blend of “trashgrass,” a phenomenal mixture of songwriting, fiery-fast mandolin, banjo, acoustic guitar, and upright bass.
77 Jefferson
Making their mark since 2006, 77 Jefferson intertwines smooth, soulful Reggae with rock, hip-hop, and a strong island vibe. Born out of Kansas City, 77 Jefferson has toured the US and internationally, bringing their high-energy, yet hypnotic live show from city to city. 77 Jefferson’s last EP “Get Up!” Reached #5 on the Billboard music charts for their genre – with others landing in the Top 10.
International House of Dub – DJs
Three Kansas City DJs, from different backgrounds, playing sounds of all Dub flavors, including Dancehall, Soca, and Roots Reggae. International House of Dub is all about the good vibrations.

Missouri Cannabis Festival 2023
The Missouri Cannabis Festival has quickly become an annual tradition for seasoned cannabis experts as well as those new to the cannabis scene. MoCannaFest V will be held on Saturday, August 19 in the Regalia Hotel’s football field-sized convention center room.
That’s where Bloom and more than 50 other vendors will display their products and hand out cool swag. Vendors from around the country will include a wide range of cannabis and hemp companies including dispensaries, cultivators, head shops, glass blowers, and more.
In addition to meeting other cannabis aficionados and learning about cool brands, attendees will also be able to enjoy the Regalia Hotel’s luxury amenities – including a restaurant, bars, pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and more.
