Born in celebration of the end of cannabis prohibition in Missouri, CannaBrew’s mission goes beyond just revelry. We aim to educate Kansas City about the art of glassblowing while fostering a sense of togetherness among the city’s diverse and talented artists.
The Star of the Show: Live Glassblowing Competition
One of the main highlights of CannaBrew is the live glassblowing competition. This thrilling contest brings together a dozen gifted artists, most of whom call Kansas City home, although the event is open to talents from all around the world. These artists go head-to-head in a live showdown, creating stunning works of art right before your eyes. It’s an immersive experience, allowing you to witness the magic of glassblowing up close and personal.
Flame Off Competition
Get ready for the Flame Off Competition! Twelve glass artists will compete LIVE, crafting amazing works of functional art to win fantastic prizes from our sponsors. What’s even more heartwarming is that each artist donates an item to our charity raffles and auctions, all to benefit the Kansas City Public School Foundation!

For music enthusiasts, the main stage by Timeless promises two days of live music and DJs, featuring headliners such as Strange Music’s Joey Cool & Friends, Boss Hooligan Sound System, Josh Heinrichs, and more! It’s an auditory journey you won’t want to miss.
Show Me Sesh Dab Bar
Introducing the Show Me Sesh Dab Bar, the perfect space to pull up a seat, grab a rig, and start dabbing! Show Me Sesh will have a massive tent in front of the main stage where you can sit down, roll up, and smoke out, or enjoy some dabs off their high-end artist glass. It’s like a mini sesh, inside the larger sesh!
Silent Disco
Curated by Avant-Gardi, the silent disco will feature DJs from Kansas City throughout the entire event. Stop by and stay awhile while you jam out to music and hang out in our silent disco lounge.

- Early Entry with Artist Meet & Greet: Arrive 1 hour earlier than GA to explore the grounds, get your drinks, and view all the vendors before the crowds form. There will also be a meet and greet with all the amazing glass artists in the competition, exclusive to VIPs, from 12-1:30 each day.
